The study analyses guest satisfaction in Greek hotels compared with competitor countries (Turkey, Italy, France, Spain and Cyprus) during the 2025-2026 winter season. The analysis covers the evolution of the GRI index, quality indicators, guest mentions, and an examination of reviews by region, destination type and star category. Net Promoter Score (NPS) data are also provided. The data come from Shiji ReviewPro, a company specialising in the online reputation of hotels.
