The Learning and Development pillar of INSETE organizes and delivers educational actions that enhance, develop, inform, and motivate the most important factor of the hospitality experience: PEOPLE.

With the central motto “Connecting Tourism with its People”, the Directorate of Learning and Development of INSETE studies the educational needs of tourism professionals, visits Greek destinations, knows the people and the peculiarities of each place and its businesses. Together with a constantly evolving and a dynamic team of collaborators,  the Directorate organizes seminars, conferences and establishes strategic partnerships, aimed at empowering and developing the skills, abilities and culture of the people in the tourism sector.

In addition, it supervises and scientifically supports all the vocational training actions implemented by INSETE within the framework of co-financed programs and actively participates in the consolidation of the quality dimension in the services and professions of the sector.
