Mathilda Nathan
CEO
I am Mathilda, I am Greek and I moved to the UK back in 2004. I’ve spent the last 10+ years in leadership roles within the European start-up ecosystem, from Director of Sales Strategy & Ops for 12 markets at Deliveroo, to Chief Revenue Officer at Side, and most recently as VP of Growth at Zego, running the UK B2C and B2B businesses. I’ve always taken a people-first approach which has led to high performance among all my teams. Driven by my passion for developing people, I also attended INSEAD’s Executive Coaching program, and I’m now certified as a Business Coach. Having the experience of being an Operator, running 200+ people teams, combined with the coaching training I’ve received, I’m now helping businesses achieve their purpose, by supporting them in maximising their people’s potential.
Xavier Jane
Lead Facilitator
I am Xavier, born in Catalunya with a Spanish passport. In the first chapter of my life, after studying economics and working for 4 years in international banking, I became a serial entrepreneur launching and managing Marketing and tech-related ventures in Europe, the US and Latin America, including the first pan-European Internet advertising company in 1997. In those 15 years, I lived in Amsterdam, London and Miami. In 2006, I returned to Barcelona and dedicated myself to supporting others’ development through Coaching, NLP, transactional analysis and systemic interventions. I believe in people’s potential, and that a small, committed group of individuals can change the world. Today, I teach Leadership, Coaching and Teamwork at Esade Business School and facilitate transformation and culture change processes in different organisations. When I’m not working, you can find me on the golf courses!
