Project Objective
The object of the operation is the development, updating and certification of occupational profiles and curriculum frameworks, as a single intervention aiming at upgrading Vocational Education and Training (VET), linking it to the labour market, and improving its quality and attractiveness.
Description of Actions
• A mapping study of the current situation regarding occupational profiles
• A proposal for amendments to the institutional framework for rapid response to structural adjustments per sector
• Certification of approximately 124 existing and development of approximately 39 new occupational profiles, based on ESCO
• Development of a methodology and tools for checking the compatibility of training programmes with occupational profiles
• Pilot development and certification of 25 standard training programmes
• Development of an integrated information tool for managing, storing and showcasing occupational profiles and curriculum frameworks

Funding Framework
The operation is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) within the framework of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020”. Total eligible public expenditure: €1,792,917.06. It has undergone a 2nd Amendment concerning a change in the status of the operation and the updating of the completion dates of the sub-projects.
