It also prepared three studies diagnosing and analysing skills needs for the occupations of Customer Service Clerk in the Tourism Sector, Hotel Department Supervisor and Digital Promotion Officer in Tourism.
Beneficiaries / Target Group
The participating social partners (GSEE, GSEVEE, ESEE, SETE) and, through them, the employers and employees of the sectors they represent, with the aim of strengthening their institutional empowerment in the field of skills diagnosis.
Funding Framework
The operation is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020”. The amendment concerns exclusively the extension of the implementation timetable to 31/12/2022, due to the pandemic conditions, without any change to the total budget or the financial scope of the operation.
