Project Objective
Strengthening the skills of unemployed persons through combined training, counselling and certification actions, potentially leading to their placement in jobs in private sector enterprises.
Description of Actions
- Theoretical training programme of one hundred and twenty (120) hours in a growth sector specialisation
- Counselling support by specialised staff (2 individual sessions) and supervision of the work placement
- Work placement in private sector enterprises, of a total duration of up to five hundred (500) hours
- Certification of the knowledge and skills acquired within the training programme
The partner bodies (Institutes of the Institutional Social Partners) undertake:
- The development of training specifications for each of the 44 training subjects (development of thematic units, determination of the required teaching hours per unit, definition of STEP and/or trainer profiles per subject and per unit, guidelines for trainers on the use of the training material, etc.)
- The development of training content/material for each of the 44 training subjects
- The drafting of questions and answers for the assessment of knowledge and skills
INSETE undertakes the following specialisations:
- Room Attendant
- Hotel Reservations Clerk
- Linen Room Attendant
- Hotel Receptionist / Guest Services Clerk
- Waiter/Waitress
- Travel Agency Clerk
- Website and Application Design Specialist
Beneficiaries / Target Group
Approximately 23,000 unemployed persons aged 29-64, according to their educational level and sector of interest (Commerce, Logistics, Infrastructure Works and Technical Occupations, Tourism, Information and Communication Technologies, Environment, Food and Beverages, Energy, Industry and Agriculture).

The operation is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning 2014-2020” of the NSRF 2014-2020.
